Pyrotechnic Consumables — No Returns
For safety and regulatory reasons, all sales of igniters, fuses, pyrotechnic consumables, and related ignition materials are final. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. This policy helps ensure product integrity, proper storage conditions, and compliance with applicable shipping and safety regulations.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order information so we can assist you.
30-Day Return Policy — Non-Consumable Items
All non-consumable products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Warranty Policy
Non-consumable products may include a limited manufacturer or store warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, improper installation, modification, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling or storage.
Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and photos of the issue when applicable.
Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
By purchasing, possessing, or using any products sold by PyroPT, the customer acknowledges and understands that pyrotechnic and ignition-related products may be hazardous if improperly used, handled, stored, or modified.
The customer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with the purchase, ownership, transportation, storage, and use of these products. PyroPT shall not be held liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, legal consequences, or property damage resulting from the use, misuse, improper handling, modification, or illegal use of any products sold.
Customers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, permits, and safety requirements regarding pyrotechnic products and ignition systems.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless PyroPT, its owners, affiliates, employees, and suppliers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal actions arising from the purchase or use of these products.
